Rozon LLC was founded to help local businesses spend less time managing repetitive work and more time serving their customers. We began by looking at the daily challenges small and growing businesses face — manual follow-ups, disconnected tools, missed leads, inconsistent marketing, and time-consuming administrative tasks.
To solve these problems, Rozon LLC created Rozon AI — an AI-powered business operations platform designed to automate recurring work, connect business tools, and improve how companies communicate with their customers.
Our mission is to help businesses automate their operations through intelligent workflows, connected systems, and AI agents. Rozon AI supports customer communication, lead follow-up, scheduling, marketing, content creation, advertising, and other recurring business processes.
Founder-led, and built around real operational problems
Rozon LLC was founded by Jordani Rozon, who builds and runs the platform from Land O' Lakes, Florida. Rozon AI started with the operational problems Jordani kept seeing local businesses lose money to — missed calls, leads that never got a reply, follow-up that depended on whoever had a free minute — and it is still built by working directly on those problems, not by guessing what businesses might want.
Being founder-led means the person who answers your onboarding call is the person who wrote the system. Every workflow in the platform exists because a real business needed it.
