Data Deletion

1. About this page

This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with Rozon AI (app.rozon.ai), operated by Rozon LLC. It also serves as our public data deletion instructions for third-party platforms we integrate with (including Meta and Google), as required by their developer policies.

2. What data this covers

Depending on your relationship to Rozon AI, this may include:

• Account data, if you or your business have a Rozon AI account (business/account details, billing information).
• Lead or customer data, if you contacted or were contacted by a business that uses Rozon AI. This data is controlled by that business — see Section 5 below.

3. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, email privacy@rozon.ai with:

• Your name and the email address associated with the data (or the business name, if you're requesting deletion of a tenant account).
• A description of what you'd like deleted.

This is currently a manual process — there is no self-service deletion tool yet.

4. What happens after you submit a request

We'll verify the request is legitimate, then delete the associated data, except where we're required or permitted to retain it (for example, for legal, security, or billing-record purposes). We'll confirm with you once the request has been completed.

5. If your data came through a business that uses Rozon AI

If you believe your information was collected through your interaction with a business that uses Rozon AI — rather than through a direct Rozon AI account of your own — that business controls how your data is used and is the right first point of contact for a deletion request. You're still welcome to email privacy@rozon.ai; we'll do our best to route your request to the relevant business or assist directly where we're able to.
