Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Rozon LLC ("Rozon," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with rozon.ai (our company website), app.rozon.ai (the Rozon AI platform, used by our business customers, or "tenants"), and data that tenants' own customers and leads share through a tenant's use of Rozon AI.

If you're a tenant's customer or lead (for example, someone who messaged a business that uses Rozon AI), please also see Section 2 below — in that relationship, the business you contacted, not Rozon LLC, controls how your information is used.

2. Two kinds of data we handle

Rozon AI is built for businesses, so we handle information in two different roles:

• Tenant/account data — information about the businesses that sign up for Rozon AI and their staff (business details, billing information, usage of the platform). For this data, Rozon LLC is the data controller.
• Leads/customer data— information a tenant's own customers or leads share through Rozon AI. For this data, Rozon LLC acts as a data processor on the tenant's behalf — we handle it according to the tenant's instructions, not as an independent decision-maker. If you have questions about how a specific business uses your information, that business is the right first point of contact; you're welcome to also reach us at privacy@rozon.ai.

3. What we collect

• Account & business information — name, email, business name, and similar details provided when a tenant signs up or manages their account.
• Billing information — payment details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Connected integrations— if a tenant connects third-party accounts (for example, an advertising account), we store the access credentials needed to act on the tenant's behalf, within the permissions the tenant grants.
• Leads & conversation data— messages, contact details (name, phone, email, address), and — depending on the tenant's industry — other details shared during a conversation handled by our AI agents.
• Usage data — how the platform is used, to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Cookies — rozon.ai and app.rozon.ai may use cookies or similar technology for basic site functionality and analytics.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Operate Rozon AI — including having our AI agents (Riley, Jordan, Casey, Avery, Reese, and Morgan) respond to leads, schedule appointments, send follow-ups, draft marketing content, and draft advertising changes on a tenant's behalf.
• Enforce the platform's built-in safeguards — no advertising spend or budget change is ever made without a tenant's explicit approval.
• Process billing through Stripe.
• Provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve the platform's reliability and performance.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Who we share information with

We share information with categories of service providers who help us run Rozon AI, including:

• Cloud hosting providers, to run the application and store data securely.
• AI processing providers, to power our AI agents' responses and drafts — some conversation content may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate a reply or draft. We limit what's included to what's needed to do that job.
• Email and SMS delivery providers, to send messages, notifications, and follow-ups.
• Authentication providers, to manage secure account sign-in.
• Stripe, to process payments.
• Meta and Google, when a tenant connects their own advertising accounts — Rozon AI acts on the tenant's instructions within those platforms and does not manage ad accounts on our own behalf.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

6. Data retention & security

We retain tenant and lead/conversation data for as long as needed to provide the service to an active tenant, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and operational purposes. We use measures such as encryption and access controls to help protect information, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.

• If you're a tenant, you can typically manage your own account information directly, or contact us at privacy@rozon.ai.
• If you're a tenant's lead or customer, please see our Data Deletion page for how to make a request.
• California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what categories of personal information we've collected and the right to request deletion, without discrimination for exercising these rights. Contact privacy@rozon.ai to make a request.

8. Children's privacy

Rozon AI is a business-to-business service intended for use by businesses and their staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
