Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of app.rozon.ai (the "Service"), provided by Rozon LLC ("Rozon," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of the business you represent ("you," "your," "tenant").

2. The Service

Rozon AI is an AI-powered business operations platform. It automates recurring business work — including responding to leads, scheduling appointments, sending follow-ups, drafting marketing content, and drafting advertising changes — through a set of AI agents acting within your configuration.

Built-in safeguard: no advertising spend or budget change is ever made by the Service without your explicit approval. This is a platform rule, not a setting you can disable.

3. Accounts & eligibility

  • The Service is intended for business use only. You must be an authorized representative of the business creating the account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate account and business information.

4. Your responsibilities as a tenant

  • Compliance with messaging laws. If Rozon AI sends SMS or email on your behalf to your leads or customers, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent and for honoring opt-out requests, consistent with applicable law (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act in the United States).
  • Accuracy of your configuration.Our AI agents rely on the business information, pricing, and rules you provide. You're responsible for keeping that configuration accurate — our agents will not invent pricing or availability you haven't provided.
  • Reviewing AI-drafted content. Marketing drafts, ad drafts, and budget change proposals are exactly that — drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving them before they go live.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Content generated by our AI agents (including marketing copy, advertising drafts, and insights/recommendations) is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Rozon LLC does not guarantee any particular outcome — including lead conversion, appointment volume, or advertising performance — resulting from use of the Service.

6. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Specific pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are as described at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

Rozon LLC retains all rights to the Rozon AI platform, including its software, AI agents, and underlying technology. You retain all rights to your own business data and content. You grant us the limited right to use your data as needed to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rozon LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, subject to any notice period described at signup. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
